Jack Osborn - Resonator Acoustic Guitar

Description - This was a model I created for a Uni project 3 years ago, my first real dedicated modelling project. Some of the modelling techniques like using booleans aren't exactly advisable but really worked for me when creating the holes in the guitars metal grill.

Fraser Colley - Worn Shield

Description - A worn shield that may have commonly featured in the medieval times. The front is the only part that is really done, as didn't want to give myself to large a task with such little time. the renders are screenshots from realtime rendering with Diffuse, Normal and Specular maps applied. As you can see the model is fairly basic and rather high poly (for a game asset) however the main focus this submission was in texturing for me.

A.G - Morning Star

Description: A low poly morning star weapon that could perhaps be used in a medieval RP video game. http://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Artists

Jack Osborn - Tardis

Description: A low poly Tardis from the latest doctor who series complete with diffuse, normal and ambient occlusion maps.

Thanks to the comment and tip from Fraser I've added a specular colour map to my model which really gives it a new dimension in colour and detail, and overall looks more realistic. Thanks Fraser ;)

Fraser Colley - Alien

Description: With the broad subject of sci-fi I decided to brush up on some zBrush and bust out a...bust. Started fairly simple with extending the neck and back of the head, then added details and other cool things as I went along which turned out like this.
